Solution Manager in Dubai – Open Position 

Background for the position 

cBrain A/S is a Danish tech start-up listed on NASDAQ-OMX Nordic, specialized in digital transformation of government and public services. In recent years, cBrain has experienced growth across EMEA and North America. In Dubai, our local Country Manager is permanently based and leads our operations. So far, our consulting teams has been working between Dubai and Copenhagen, but as operations grow, we look for new talent to be permanently based in Dubai. Our first hire will be a Solution Manager, who will work day-to-day with our permanently based Country Manager and lead consulting operations with our local clients. This person will also become part of building and shaping the future of our Dubai office and operations. 

Role of Solution Manager 

The Solution Manager will lead software implementation projects and customer care in Dubai. The person will refer directly to our Director of Global Delivery in headquarters who is responsible for our global consulting operations. Thus, the Solution Manager will receive full support from headquarters and the consulting teams daily, but will be expected to take ownership of the Dubai consulting operations over time. 

Specific responsibilities of Solution Manager 

1. Develop expertise in cBrain’s software product, and understand the domain and business processes of clients 

2. Take ownership of client projects in Dubai over time, incl. running projects and implementing software solutions, advising clients, conducting client workshops 

3. Develop customer care over time for Dubai clients, incl. 1st line support for software end-users 

4. Develop documentation and presentations for clients 

5. Conduct workshops with clients, incl. problem solving, training of clients and software end-users, and running test-scenarios of solutions for clients 

Relevant experience 

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related area 

2. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) 

3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in top-tier consulting 

4. Experience with software, digital transformation, and/or software implementation projects 

5. Experience in producing presentation and documents, incl. simplifying complex concepts 

6. Experience in working with government and public sector organizations
